If you try to open a can into a building upper ground floor (second floor for example), having the full inventory, the object disappears and this can be found on the first floor.

The opened can will also disappear into the pocket of some clothing item that is stored in your inventory, seems to alternate between going into the first or second clothing item.

i did not confirm that all, if you use a can opener the can appear on the same slot, if you use other items it appear in you handslot.
i can remember this issue in earlier builds of dayz but not in 0.58.
