Shift+P (when pressed in that order) opens up an administrative menu. Shift+P is a convenient sprint shortcut when using the PL;' keys instead of WASD for movement (which are natural keys to use for movement when mousing left handed). As far as I can tell, the default key binding for Shift+P cannot be unbound.
