Well after going longer than 24 hours after providing all requested information and not having heard a single word, I've decided that it is no longer worth it to wait for response. Very disappointing how buggy/shitty this game is, and how little support there is for the community who have played/paid since this project launched. Thanks for nothing.

eventually you are right a bit unpatient.
Watch the resolved section, how many tickets are worked at every day also with stucked players. Actually it can happen that one ticket of 10000 can be losed, so just bump it up and they will see it, no need to be sarcastic and personal against the admins here which do a pretty hard and good job after all.
