i had a stucked char, you told you had unstuck him, but now i go into game and he lost all his gear, ALL gear are gone - man thats a shittey freeing :(((((

Hi e_xil,

No one has reset any of your characters. When characters are stuck, we move them. We do not "kill" or reset characters.
