Steps To Reproduce
Go to a deerstand, watch which items are spawned. Wait to restart and watch again. Allmost same items.
Repeat on other server same posistion - same results of nearly same items.
Additional Information
Tested on private and public hive servers.
Personal speculation: Maybe same bug like the position of the vehicles and dynamic events are not random on restart?
