Twice now I have tried to eat and drink, with the energized and hydrated icons not updating. I continue to eat or drink till I figure the stomach contents meter is bugged. Then when I log out of a server and into a new one, as I spawn I immediately get stomach full notifications and vomitting, as all I ate and drank from the previous server is suddenly updated all at once.
