Very true, sometimes it happens. Treatment to leave the server and log in again. this will fix the (Temporary) problem with the subject in hand. But the objects which are visually lie on the floor after they picked up your friend, much distract from the game. You see it, and no one but you sees. For example if you throw the G button large object like a gun, or tent it will hang in the air and not every time we manage to pick it up again.
