In the barn with the double stairs up to seperate lofts on wither side, while climbing down the stairs, I got stuck on nothing, and died. Fortunatly I was just a fresh spawn.

I'ts random, happends a lot though. Second time it happend to me on those stairs.

I do have the game in XP compatibility mode, but that shouldn't make a difference.
