step for use:

1. put medical items inside the first aid kit.
2. assign the first aid kit to a number on the shortcut bar.
3. click on the number for put the first aid kit in your hands.
4. active your scroll menu and select a action. (don't show same action multiple time if you have several times the same item inside)

effect:
(you will take out in your hand the item associated with the action selected and temporary put the first aid kit on the ground(or put it back in your inventory) will the action is playing. after this, your used item will by put back inside the first aid kit, if not all consumed, and you will take the first aid kit back in your hands.)

also, can apply the advanced scroll menu to the Small Protector Case and Ammo Box.

scroll menu for the Ammo Box can by like "refill '[name]Rounds' inside '[name]Magazine/clip'"(will automatically check your inventory before generating the scroll action menu what magazine/clip who is not full).

for the Small Protector Case a simple "take [name of the item]" action, will take out the item in your hands and maybe press the Small Protector Case shortcut for put it back inside the Small Protector Case.
