I am not great with the map but I believe I am at a junk yard just north of novy sobor. But this could apply to all junk yards so it may not matter.

Moving toward the junk yard my normal fps is about 25. Once inside and looting the area I get no frames and it looks like everything locked up. Then it will update a few seconds later then lock up again.

I had to work with the lag in frames and get out of the area. Once the junk yard was behind me I was getting 25 FPS again.
