We all know how the smersh backpack spawns in all military locations, but what about the vest? How come I can't find that? Oh, it's at helicopter crash sites only? Well that sucks, but how does that make sense?

Along with this, plate carriers spawn in military locations normally + their attachments. Well here's a problem, since the Russian military doesn't use the plate carrier.

So I would like to request that the smersh vest spawns with the backpacks at normal military spawns, since that is what the Russian military uses. With this change, the plate carrier and its attachments will only spawn at American helicopter crash locations. This evens out since the smersh vest doesn't offer a lot in protection, but holds a lot of space (4x4, 16 slots). The full plate carrier only holds 14 slots (5x2, 10, plus a gun holster), but offers much more in protection.
