I went to the airfield first and steped into the Carmoflaged building, and wondered about so much loot on a wednesday.
Then I ran to the military base near vybor.
There were hundreds of backpacks weapons and other loot.
Then I knew it was a hacker... Must be... I don´t know... You tell me...
How can it happen that so many backpacks and stuff laying around,
where not much or no loot should lay around...
It is in front of the barracks there...

Mind it with the language please.
This could be due to a bug related to the loot distribution system. That's been around for a while, the team knows of the bug and will be addressing it during development.
There is no secret in hackers being able to circumvent BE from time to time. This has also been mentioned plenty of times in our previous status reports which are released publicly on a weekly basis: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/forum/134-developer-discussion-status-reports/
During the development cycle of DayZ, there will also be continuous development of BE.
