I bought a new Pc.I use only a gaming headphones for a sound and talking.But when i start Dayz there is no sound. Pls help me.!!!!!!!!!

Steps To Reproduce

I tried to play other games and there is a sound but in dayz there is no sound?????

The headphones are Hama Urage with a microphone.

To begin with, could you try out the following steps please:

Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/search/result.aspx?q=vcredist%202010&form=DLC
Restart your pc.
Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/search/result.aspx?q=vcredist%202013&form=DLC
Restart your pc.
Launch DayZ (run both Steam and DayZ as administrator if needed).
