For night time servers i think attaching a light source like a flare or lantern to your backpack would make night time looting and traveling much more fun. i hate using the flashlight because pointing it around is a pain. Give players the option to carry around a light source that actually illuminates within the inventory, you can already turn some of these object on inside your inventory.
