Description

A server had abusive admin. It was Vilayer.

I reported the server twice using one email address.

And I proceeded to report third time using different email address.

This is what happened. Both tickets are done by me, but that fact is meaningless after all. I don't think game server providers can help me regarding this matter. They are liars.

Thanks for sending across all that information.

We've had a look at the correspondence in the tickets (which does look a bit odd at first glance), so we'll get in contact with the GSP and see what the deal is here.

If this happens again (or if you run into any other problems of course), please send us a new ticket and we'll have a look at it.
