Suggested Features for gas canisters

It seems that the gas canisters never deplete.

• Suggest that gas canisters can be depleted and the % volume remaining of propane is displayed similar to other containers (water bottle, jerry can, flask, etc.) or as an alternative the approximate volume of gas remaining can be determined by feel.

For Example:
Command: Determine Volume
Response: It feels light, normal or heavy

• Also suggest that gas canisters can be refilled from the larger propane tanks placed around the map
