I am enjoy the game and i like alot but i will like to have more realism for example the heli crash i like when they smoking but evryone going and loot and heli crash still smoking without loot (even restart the server they still smoking etc)...
my opinion make it harder to loot, for example you need to use fire extinguisher to remove the smoke! if you dont use you can get overheat for example and may die too!
also you can use this Fire Extinguisher on vehicles and not always destroy first the wheels.

Ps:Fire Extinguisher can throw water will be awesome too.
