Yes I know this is silly to report however I own a radar cap in real life and even though it has a hard brim to the cap you can fold it up without ruining that brim and put it into your pocket. I have a Beanie and a Ushanka and they both fold up to the same size, beanie is still roughly the same size.

Additional Information
Also seeing as the Tactical shirt folds up to 1x inventory slot this is not a big ask.
This is likely just something that was overlooked.
