When the server restarts, you are rolled back but the server apparently is not. This has lead to people losing valuable items. It seems that the server successfully registers that items are being dropped, however there seems to be a delay for item pickup registration on player side, which leads to terrible inconsistency.

Steps To Reproduce
Seconds prior to server restart, pick up an item off the ground. After restart the item will not be neither in your inventory nor on the ground.
(Have not tried dropping an item seconds prior to server restart, but might as well be a duplication method.)
