I had a fully geared character die suddenly out of the blue while walking back inside on the highest level metal walkway that circles the tower. It probably broke my legs, my friend warned me about the glitch and he was right so I'm sure this could be reproduced. I was crouched when it happened. Obviously not a PvP interaction since I've heard about this exact thing happening before from multiple people.
