Hello vwrick,

To begin with, could you provide us with a dxdiag report and any possible crash dumps please?

Getting your DxDiag file:

  1. Open the Start menu
  2. Write "dxdiag"
  3. Press enter
  4. A window will open
  5. Click "Save all information"
  6. You will get a text file - that's what we need

Getting your crash dumps:

  1. Launch Steam.
  2. Right click on DayZ.
  3. Go to "Properties".
  4. Go to "Set Launch Options".
  5. Type in "-dologs" (without quotation marks).
  6. Click ok and launch DayZ.
  7. Reproduce the crash.
  8. Go to this file location: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local"
  9. There you should see a DayZ folder.
  10. Create a .zip or .rar file of that folder.

Then take the .zip/.rar and the DxDiag file and upload them to your ticket. The upload limit is 5000KB, which should be enough. In case it is not, please upload the files to a file sharing website and post a link to the files in the comments.

Thanks,
JStewart

Thanks for sending in your dxdiag file. Could you try copying the contents of your dayz.cfg file and pasting it in here please? The dayz.cfg file should be located here: "C:\users\<username>\documents\dayz"
