Got reports of a hacker from out trusted whitelisted community. I traced the name of the person killed and found the hackers name that way. He was using the pull off gear hack and the nuke hack (random explosions). His info is below:

If you look in the log there are several kills corroborating the nuke hack within seconds of each other. {F31382}
