Sometimes you can't reclaim arrows within your reach on a wall for example. But there is a workaround, take the bow in hand aim for an arrow and with the help of the scrollwheel choose load arrow. You can now reclaim all the arrow on a wall one by one. Anyway it is really weird

Steps To Reproduce
- Fire some arrows at a wall
- with the bow still in hands put the cursor on an arrow
- choose load arrow
- the bow is now loaded with one arrow
- to reclaim the others you will have to eject the current arrow in your bow
- restart at step 1 for the other arrows
