That's a big glitch: ( http://imgur.com/a/0cJR4 ), I was in a fight and when I fell down the broken stairs of the ground floor, I glitched myself in the wall beside, entering a closed room, where there was a glitched wall where I jumped in, then I managed to get out crawling and rolling on the glitched balcony. There were three bandits I could easly shoot from there and I didn't want to using glitches, I hate people who do. So please fix it as soon as you can because trolls and idiots will surely use it to kill players. Also, there are similar stairs on the other floors, upstairs and in other apartments that may have the same problem and it'd be worse.
