It is very difficult and sometimes impossible to navigate around a dead body in a doorway. If a body of another player or dead zombie is in a single doorway (that being one door) you cannot move past it. The body acts as a "wall", it cannot be vaulted. You can sometimes go around while crouched, but sometimes it is impossible.
