Server glitch, character stuck

Description

My character got stuck again on prison island hill. I was prone and then had to quit Dayz. After my return, I am stuck in a stair now. Cant get out even doing jump and exiting server while that. My profile is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197964545804/ [^]
I am on a public server with 1st/3rd view.
