During my last game session on public shard on the Prison Island i encountered the glitch with the catwalk in the prison watchtower, but i didnt fall down on the roof. I just broke my legs and my shoes and pants got ruind.

I tried to crawl down the stone spiral stair case but it was very bugy, got stuck every now and then. It was easier to get down if i was rolling on the sides.
Once at the bottom, about 10 min later i couldn´t get of the stair case, it was like the first step had some invisible wall that i was unable to neither crawl or roll through to get to the bottom floor.
I then rolled back up to the second floor and tried the metal stair case, at the last step before the 1/2 floors platform there was that invisible wall again, but somehow i managed to roll through it after a while.
Then i crawled down to bottom floor and opend the door but was unable to get through there either.
As i tried to crawl back up i was unable to get past the first (going upwards) step from the 1/2 floors platform.
I tried to crawl and roll out of there for about 10 min until i shot my self.
