Character stuck on Prison Island Hill

Description

My character got stuck on prison island hill. I was prone and then had to quit Dayz. After my return, I am stuck in some kind of a rock. Cant get out even doing jump and exiting server while that. My profile is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197964545804/
I am on a public server.

to fasten up, you forgot if, 1st or 3rd person server:)

The server allows both. 1st and 3rd person.
