Server keeps restarting

Description

tried to login to the DayZ standalone server and could not connect. I restarted the server and now it keeps appearing and disappearing in the connect to server page in DayZ. when I refresh the page the server shows 8:00 then 13:00 then 9:20 then disappears then back to 8:00....repeat
