Hello, I have an issue every time when I join any kind of server. When I join I can play for 5-10 mins and after that I get no messages receiving with counting for about 5 seconds and after that it gets back to normal. I had this issue in 0.52 in 0.53 it got fixed but in 0.54 it happened again.

Unfortunately, it seems like there are some desync issues in 0.54: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/221332-054-issues/
This could very well be the problem that you're facing right now. The team is planning a hotfix release for this week, so please feel free to check how things look after this release.
