The .22 Ammo is a low caliber and should be pretty quiet and from behind the guns it seems that way but if a person is standing in front of the gun you hear a loud crack even with a silencer. A perfect example for this is the Amphibia S which is supposed to always be silenced as it has a built in silencer/suppressor. It seems like the .22 is incorrectly configured when fired to create the super sonic crack. It's only noticeable to those in front of the weapon though not the person firing.
I imagine it's just a misconfiguration but if I'm wrong and that's not the SS crack then the .22 Amphibia isn't silencing as intended in the direction it's fired only to the sides and back, since it seems to be working in those directions though that's why I assume it must be a directional SS sound also it's not the sound of a ricochet to be clear.
