Game crashed with memory leak bug, logged back into a different place than I was when I logged out. Now stuck underneath green house in Zelenogorks and cannot get out via vaulting or trying to run through the wall on first spawn.

I was able to get "unstuck" by coaxing a zombie into hitting me which appears to have dislodged me. Issue is resolved.
