The problem is with response to input when selecting items from the toolbar. Lets say i want to use my axe, in position 1, i then press 1 without any reaction. It varies how many times i have to press the button, but it ranges from 1-6.

This also happens when switching between items.
Sometimes i have seen that if i stop running or doing anything else it might work more often.
