I shot a player and swapped most of what was in my pack into his pack then I pulled his pack onto the ground.
When I swapped my pack for his I noticed that there was another pack on the ground which had identical items.
I was able to loot 2 clips from the pack which then moved into my pack so I had extra clips which I should not have. As in I had duplicates of my own clips.

I have had accidental visual duplicates before, You can't reloot visual duplicates but I could reloot items from the pack showing it didn't seem to be just a visual duplicate
I will drop the clips when I log back in but I haven't done so yet as I logged off immediately so I could submit a report before I forget about it.
It was still in my inventory when I logged back in so I dropped it, This shows it wasn't just visual.
Also there was a bit of desync while all this was going on so perhaps that contributed.
Server had just restarted too and server isn't persistent so you don't need to worry about someone finding an entire duplicate backpack.
