Description

Many actions such as drinking from bottles, filling bottles, applying or crafting splints, bandaging other players, injecting saline into other players and many others play there animation an then never take effect leaving you stuck with your only option being "cancel current action"

This bug becomes especially bad on servers that are performing poorly or have a high population.

This is not a consistent bug and it appears to happen randomly

Confirmed. Especially with skinning animals.
