Every 2-3 seconds my picture has this weird, pulsating effect, like character is blinking but in this case my colors change from stronger to faded, each few seconds, and it doesn't stop. It is very irritating.

I'm getting a similar effect. I think it's got something to do with the gamma settings and light. Only seems to happen when the sky is in view for me, and happens more often and with more frequency when nearing cities and towns.

Wow, that is weird....well. Add a vote to my report and maybe the devs will figure this out. It happened to me few patches back.
