I think the Attachable Pouches and Gun Holster for the Plate Carrier are not spawning in 0.54.126645 stable.

I've found several plate carriers, but no attachments. I've been to many military spawn sites (jails, barracks, tents, wrecks) across several servers and haven't seen any. I ran across several of the pouches on the last experimental build before the stable release (Tuesday), but not a single one on stable.

Possibly related, I have seen a ton of chest holsters spawning in military spawns today. I wonder if something happened with the item ids with the version pushed to stable. Just a thought.
