Let me explain, sometimes when I join populated servers, I hear constantly the sounds of people reloading, eating, drinking, and what not when they aren't even close to me...

The sounds are not localized, what I mean by that is that they are not coming from any direction specifically they just sound like it came from my character, but they aren't it's other people doing those things.
