To begin with, could you provide us with a dxdiag report and crash dumps please?

Getting your DxDiag file:

1. Open the Start menu
2. Write "dxdiag"
3. Press enter
4. A window will open
5. Click "Save all information"
6. You will get a text file - that's what we need

Getting your crash dumps:

1. Launch Steam.
2. Right click on DayZ.
3. Go to "Properties".
4. Go to "Set Launch Options".
5. Type in "-dologs" (without quotation marks).
6. Click ok and launch DayZ.
7. Reproduce the crash.
8. Go to this file location: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local"
9. There you should see a DayZ folder.
10. Create a .zip or .rar file of that folder.

Then take the .zip/.rar and the DxDiag file and upload them to your ticket. The upload limit is 5000KB, which should be enough. In case it is not, please upload the files to a file sharing website and post a link to the files in the comments.

Ok, so i send the DxDiag file (sorry taht i posted Dxdiag in .rar)and that DayZ.rar link is here: http: //download.hellshare.sk/dayz-rar/30069942/ im not sure if it will work but if doesnt tell me i will put the DayZ.rar on other site. Thank you for help.

Ok i posted here new DxDiag now i is everything there.Sorry for posting bad DxDiag maybe some problem happend while savig but here is that new Dxdiag. And before hour i started the game and the game worked but im not sure if i have some issues because i dont had time to play long i just fast look if it work so i start game, go on server and search 2 houses.Now Im going play about 1h if i have some issue i will write to you. Again thanks for help.

I played the game but i still have the problem. Charter looks like from Counter Strike 1.6 and the game is in slow motion still.

Thanks for uploading the new dxdiag. To begin with I would recommend that you make absolutely sure that all your hardware drivers are fully updated. The drivers for your graphics card for example are dated 4/18/2014.

For the "slowmo effect" and the seemingly low res textures, your hardware setup will have an effect on this since it's at the lower end of the scale. There's nothing we can do about that, I'm afraid. There are at the moment performance issues in the 0.54 build though, and for that, please feel free to have a look at the following forum topic: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/221332-054-issues/
