Zoom in vechile as a passenger

Description

As a driver you can zoom in, but as a passenger you can not zoom in while right clicking or using the +/- key. It would be a nice feature to balance the two players while driving.

I am now able to zoom as a passenger using +/- key but it's not working with right click though
