I can't join a specific server for some reason: 192.210.196.18:2502
I've been playing on it for a while with no problem but for the last few days, except for a brief second, I keep getting the message: "Confirmation of Changes connecting failed". The ping for me is usually about 124 and desync is minimal if not zero. The unusual thing is that someone else in the house using the same router etc is able to join without a problem. This problem only started occurring a few days ago.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. Please try out the following:
Add -port=25007 into your DayZ launch options on one of the PC's. To do this, you can right click on DayZ in Steam --> Properties --> Set Launch Options and enter "-port=25007" (without the quotation marks). The number doesn't really matter as long as it's different from the other computers which will use 2302, 2303, 2305 by default.
Alternatively, if you have access to the router settings and upnp is turned on, you can try turning it off, restarting the router then trying again.
