Hello Henos,

Sorry to hear about your trouble. Could you attach a screenshot of your filter settings in the server browser please?

Thanks,
JStewart

Thanks. Please try setting the Max. ping to 0 and update your server browser.

If this does not solve the problem, could you try performing the steps again and attaching a screenshot of the cmd window after typing in the command please:

  1. Hold down your Windows key and press R.
  2. Type in "cmd" (without quotation marks) and hit Enter.
  3. Type in "netsh winsock reset" (without quotation marks) in the command window and hit Enter.
  4. Launch DayZ and try to refresh the server list.

Did you restart your computer afterwards as prompted by the cmd window?

befrore I wrote to support ofc I did that cmd actions like 3 times to be sure it isn't my fail

Unfortunately, this is one of those connection issues that we cannot fix from our end. Something on your network is blocking communication to the servers. I would advise that you make absolutely sure that DayZ is not blocked by either your firewall or your antivirus.
