Since the 0.53.126384 version I already lost 3 characters without dying in public servers.. Some times when servers reboot our I logout and login the day after the character I had its gone! And I have to start all over again in the same servers I played before.

I know that has been a recently wipe! But is that not supose to be only when the update is aplly? not all the times I get in on a server.. right? Our now every time I get in in a public server I need to start all over again for 0?

Hello Beirao,
Thank you for sending us your feedback regarding this issue. Unfortunately, this problem is a known issue that has previously been reported. The devs are aware of the problem related to character save loss and they'll be working on fixing it.
In order to minimize the risk of losing your gear after a server restart, it is recommended that you wait until a couple of minutes have passed by according to the time on the restarted server before reconnecting with your character.
