gaslamp disapear after switching to melee (no space in inventory had the lamp only in my hand)

Description

i has a gaslamp in my hands, no inventory slot was free. i turned it on and after 1km i had to kill a zombie, i switched to melee and the lap was gone, i dont saw any light or any item on the ground.

full inventory
take gaslamp into hands
turn it on
switch to melee via shortcut

Additional Information

its maybe a bug for all items that not fit into inventory when you switch to any other item from your inventory.

Confirmed. Not only an issue with the gas lamp though.
