It's like the problem that was had when you logged out in the short apartment buildings in Novo and Berezino and et cetera. You'll be standing on the floor when you log out, but then the game will ignore that the building has an elevated floor when you log back in and place you on the ground where you're trapped in the building's "basement" of sort.
