Have given over a dozen players O- blood after unconscious, sometimes causes irreversible comatose state. On 4 occasions I have administered O- blood, usually before epi, twice on conscious players and twice on unconscious players (one was also handcuffed). All were reduced/low blood/health and successfully used the IV. Usually multiple blood bags, 2-3 sometimes just one. The person receives the blood and about a minute to two later enters a permanent unconscious state, and will never awake. From then on they cannot be awoken by CPR or EPI (have not tested the defibrilator to remedy this) leaving respawn as the only option to regain consciousness.
