Two days ago my Character died when i was standing on this piece (http://i.ytimg.com/vi/0iM6wTDgrGo/0.jpg) in Elektro and pressed TAB. It was on a whitelist-server and alone with a friend of mine, so there is no way, that i got shot. There was no gunshot or impact-noise aswell. My screen just turned black (first i thought that the game crashed) and it said "you are dead".

Now i read this happened to some players aswell these days whilst doing random things like eating or walking around.
