We murdered a cheater on the way to Elektro the other day and when we got there he was shooting through walls to break people's legs. When he got me, he appeared to directly break my limbs from a distance. Can be seen at around 2:50 on here http://youtu.be/AKsAZQsibWY

No shots were heard by any of the group at this point, and as you can see the damage/losing effect flashes for about 5 seconds before all my limbs are broken. It seems he was just pressing a button to damage me and break my arms and legs.
