Hello,
Sorry to hear about your trouble. To begin with, please provide a dxdiag file as well as possible crash dumps.
Getting your DxDiag file
- Open the Start menu
- Write "dxdiag"
- Press enter
- A window will open
- Click "Save all information"
- You will get a text file - that's what we need
How to get your (possible) crash dumps:
- Go to this file location: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local"
- There you should see a DayZ folder.
- Create a .zip or .rar file of that folder.
- Then take the .zip/.rar and the DxDiag file and upload them to the Feedback Tracker issue. The upload limit is 5000KB, which should be enough. In case it is not, please upload the files to a file sharing website and post a link to the files in the comments.
Thanks,
JStewart
Thanks for sending in your info. It doesn't seem like DayZ is crashing at least (the last crash dump is from december 27). Could you try pasting the information from your dayz.cfg file here as well please? The dayz.cfg file is located in the C:\users\<username>\documents\dayz folder.
Thanks. Could you try replacing the text in your dayz.cfg file with the following please?

unfortunately, I can't use teamviewer at work, but is it possible for you to attach a video that shows what happens, when you try to launch DayZ?
Also, it seems that there is a newer driver for your graphics card. Please try updating all your hardware drivers and see what happens when launching DayZ.
After i updated dayz i get this error: http://gyazo.com/e213a7f4290551141b3145880a555648 .I googled to resolve nothing worked. Help?

So that seems to be the culprit. In this case I would recommend that you contact BattlEye's support directly for further support: support@battleye.com
Alternatively, if you have a look at BattlEye's support, they have some information on this issue: http://battleye.com/support.html
