Sorry to hear about your trouble. I tried looking up your account based on the Steam profile that you submitted. However, even though I do find an account in the database, there are no characters on the account. Can you confirm that you have submitted a link to the correct Steam profile?

Thanks. I can find your account, but there are no characters created on that account. I have now tried to manually create a character for you in Gorka. Could you try and see if you can log in with that character?
